Poly9 AI · Heimtextil 2027

Heimtextil digital booth: swatch first, then price.

A Heimtextil digital booth is your swatch book as a live link a buyer opens at your stand. Colorways to tap, width and repeat on the tag, a yardage or a finished size to pick, a collection to take home. Poly9 AI builds one from your fabric records and photos before Heimtextil 2027 opens on 12 January. COM yardage, grade and finished sizes price from the rules you approved; anything unpriced shows price on request.

Heimtextil 2027 runs 12 to 15 January at Messe Frankfurt, organised by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH. The 2026 edition drew 3,000 exhibitors from 148 nations and over 48,000 visitors, per the organiser. A buyer who walked the Carpets & Rugs halls on Tuesday will not find your swatch card on Friday; the link they bookmarked opens.

At Heimtextil

The stand today, and with the link.

The questions buyers ask at the stand, and what changes when the catalog is a live link on their phone.

At the stand today
  • The buyer needs the percale duvet in the third colorway at 240 by 220. The response is a swatch card, a calculator and a promise to email.
  • A hotel program needs sheeting, terry towels and a bath mat on one spreadsheet of prices. The spreadsheet is in a suitcase at the hotel.
  • Drapery by the metre means width, vertical repeat, composition and the fire rating. The buyer photographs the hanger and loses the photo.
  • Every mill hands out a shade card. The buyer’s tote holds forty by Wednesday, and none of them answer a question.
With a digital booth
  • The colorway is a chip the buyer taps; swatch, width, repeat, composition and GSM come from your fabric record.
  • A hotel program is one collection: sheeting, terry, bath mat, with your MOQ per colorway and the dyeing lead time noted.
  • Yardage and finished sizes price from the rule you wrote, converted for the buyer; a missing rule prints price on request.
  • The link they bookmarked in Frankfurt responds again in March, with the prices you approved since and the new lab dips.

Three weeks, three moves

Before, at the stand, the week after.

The booth is built before you fly. The buyer uses it while you talk. The collection link does the follow-up.

01 · Three weeks before

Load the fabric book

Send product photos, the fabric records (width, repeat, composition, care) and the price list you are sure of. We load the booth, you check the colorways, and the QR code goes on the stand graphics.

02 · At the stand

The swatch on their phone

A buyer scans the code, opens your booth and taps through colorways while you talk MOQ and delivery. Sizes, yardage and grades price where the rule exists. The pieces they open are saved against their visit.

03 · The week after

One collection per buyer

You pick the fabrics they opened, add a note on MOQ, lead time and Incoterms, and send one link by email or WhatsApp. They forward it to their team, and the quote request comes back with the configuration attached.

What you can show

What Heimtextil buyers ask for, live.

The options your buyers name at the stand, as chips on their phone, priced from your rules or shown price on request.

Hotel linen program

Sheeting in three qualities, towels in two weights, a bath mat, each in the hotel’s sizes. The buyer builds the program as one collection and requests the quote from the same page.

Fabric by the yard

Width, vertical repeat, composition and the fire rating from your record. Eighteen yards COM prices from the per-yard rule, with cut yardage after repeat noted on the quote.

Custom rug sizing

A hand-tufted rug in 8 by 10, the buyer’s colorway, with 6 by 9 and 9 by 12 as options. Size and colorway price per piece from your rule, or show price on request.

Bedding colorways

A duvet cover in six colorways, the sham to match, in European and US sizes. The buyer picks the set on their phone and the MOQ per colorway sits in your note.

Buyer collections

One link per buyer, built from what they opened.

After the meeting you pick the pieces the buyer cared about, add a note on MOQ and lead time, and send one link by email or WhatsApp. They open it on the flight home, forward it to their team, and ask for the quote from the same page. You see when it was opened.

What the buyer receives
“Fabrics from Tuesday at the stand”
  • Six fabrics, each in the colorway and yardage they picked
  • Your note: MOQ 300 m per colorway, 6 to 8 weeks, FOB Istanbul
  • Price per yard where the rule exists; “price on request” where it does not
  • One button: request the quote

Questions exhibitors ask before Heimtextil.

What is a Heimtextil digital booth?
A Heimtextil digital booth is your fabric archive as a live site at yourmill.poly9.ai. A buyer scans the QR at your stand, taps colorways, reads width, repeat and GSM from the tag, and bookmarks the qualities they like. It stays live after 15 January, so the link bookmarked in Frankfurt works in March.
How fast can a mill build one from a swatch book?
Forty qualities take a morning; a full mill archive takes two days. Send photos with the fabric records, jacquards and dobbies included, and your prices if you have them. We load the booth, you check the colorways against the shade card, and the QR goes on your stand. Start three weeks out and there is time for a lab-dip round.
Do we need every price before Heimtextil?
No. Load the per-yard, per-piece and grade rules you are sure of; anything unpriced shows price on request. Your AI never invents a price to fill a gap. Buyers still tap swatches, still build a collection, and the price request reaches your sales desk with the colorway and yardage included.
Can buyers configure COM yardage on the floor?
Yes. A buyer picks the fabric, the colorway and the yardage on their phone. With a per-yard rule loaded, the quote prints with cut yardage after repeat and the minimum applied. A quality with no rule yet is routed to your desk as price on request, with the memo sample noted.
Does it fit hotel programs and contract buyers?
A hotel program is one collection: percale sheeting, terry towels and a bath mat in the hotel’s sizes, with your MOQ and dyeing lead time noted. The contract buyer forwards the link to the operator, and the quote request returns with every quality and size selected. Fire rating and composition print from your record.
Which Heimtextil exhibitors is this for?
Mills, converters and home-textile exporters with options: bedding, terry, table linen, rugs, drapery, sheers, blackout, decorative and contract fabrics, wallcovering. If a buyer at your stand wonders “does this come in the blue at 240 by 220?”, a digital booth has it. The textiles and fabric pages carry the mill-level specifics.
