Sales AI for custom products · configure, price, quote

Quote custom products in seconds, with incredible visuals and approved pricing.

Poly9 AI is a Sales AI for custom products with complicated quoting: furniture, showrooms, exporters, cabinetry, signage, textiles. Trained on a company's own catalog, materials, pricing rules and buyers, it configures, renders, prices from approved rules and sends a quote the buyer can approve.

Poly9 AI is the Sales AI for custom products with complicated quoting. Furniture makers, showrooms, exporters, cabinetry shops and signage fabricators run it, trained on their catalog, materials, pricing rules and buyers. It configures, renders and prices from your own rules, sends a quote the buyer can approve, and turns a mood board into a priced collection. Hundreds of manufacturers, showrooms and suppliers run it on their own catalogs today.

  • Seconds, not days. The buyer asks in plain language; the render, the price and the quote arrive while they are still on the line.
  • Visuals that sell. The product shown in the buyer’s fabric, finish or color, with the swatches to pick from, before they ask the price.
  • Approved pricing. Every number comes from the rules you approved. A missing rule says “price on request”, never a guess.

Your AI

Trained on your catalog, your prices, your buyers.

Poly9 AI reads five things before it answers: your catalog, your materials and finishes, your cost recipes and grade matrices, your buyers and what they asked last time, and your industry’s vocabulary. That is why its answers are yours and its prices are right.

Day 1 it knows your catalog. Day 100 it knows how you sell.

Every question, quote and collection teaches it: which fabrics get specified together, which products belong in a scheme, what each buyer asks for, which answers close. Exporters and showrooms use it to turn inspiration into priced collections buyers can approve. It never forgets a quote.

  • Dana Whitfield prefers grade F over G when the difference is under $200.
  • Nailheads are specified with box pleats 71% of the time.

The Your Poly9 AI panel as a showroom sees it at day 100. Sample figures, real fields.

It’s yours. Nobody else’s AI can answer for your products, and your data trains only yours.

Getting started

Your AI, set up by you, today.

01

Create your account.

Two minutes. Name your AI after your company.

02

Add your catalog, or start with ours.

A spreadsheet, your website or photos of samples. Poly9 AI structures products, options, materials and prices, and you check them. No files handy? Pick your industry and start with a sample catalog that is priced and ready to quote. Delete it in one click when your own products are in.

03

Ask it anything.

It answers about your products the moment they are in. Add one pricing rule and the first certified quote goes out in the same session.

Big catalog, or forty brands to connect? Talk to sales and we load it for you. A 37,400-SKU fabric line took one day once the files were in hand.

Pricing

Questions, answered.

Is it really our AI?
Yes. It is trained on your catalog, prices and buyers and scoped to your company. Your data trains only your AI, never anyone else’s. Open Settings → Company AI and you can read what it knows and what it learned this week.
What if it doesn’t know a price?
It says “price on request” and drafts the quote request for you. It never estimates. Ask it to price a fabric grade you have not set up and watch it ask for the rule instead of inventing a number.
How long until it works?
The same day. Create an account, add your catalog or start with your industry’s sample catalog, and ask. Add one pricing rule and the first certified quote goes out in that session. Catalogs of tens of thousands of SKUs get a white-glove import from us.
Do we pay per user?
No. Everyone on your team is included on every plan, and so is every module. You pay for sales actions: one credit each, $100 for a thousand. Four reps sending 30 quotes a week use about 500 credits a month.
Is there a free trial?
Every account starts with 250 free sales actions, valid 30 days, no card. Your account and your AI stay yours after that. Pick a plan when you need more actions or connections.
Does it work outside furniture?
Yes. Poly9 AI is built for any custom product with complicated quoting: furniture makers and showrooms, cabinetry shops, textile mills, signage fabricators, industrial equipment manufacturers, exporters. Twelve industries with cross-industry proof, each with its own vocabulary and sample catalog you can start from at signup. See the twelve industries
Can buyers use it?
Yes. It runs on your site at yours.poly9.ai, in your brand, and answers buyers directly: availability, options, prices from your rules, a quote request straight into your projects. Buyers sign in by magic link and keep their collections.
Is this a CPQ?
It configures, prices and quotes, so it does what a CPQ does. The differences: it answers in plain language on your site and in your team’s chat, it is priced per sales action instead of per seat, and it also designs and presents. Poly9 AI next to CPQ tools
