Poly9 AI · Ambiente 2027

An Ambiente exhibitor storefront, on one link.

An Ambiente exhibitor storefront is your gift, tableware and décor line as a live link a retailer opens at your booth. The vase in every glaze, the tray in brass or nickel, carton quantity and MOQ on the card, and a collection to take back to the shop. Poly9 AI assembles it from your product pictures before Ambiente 2027 opens on 29 January. Items with a price rule show a figure in the retailer’s currency; the rest show price on request.

Ambiente 2027 runs 29 January to 2 February at Messe Frankfurt, organised by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH, across Dining, Living and Giving. The 2026 edition counted 4,636 exhibitors from 170 countries across Ambiente, Christmasworld and Creativeworld, per the organiser. A shop owner who liked your candle holders on Saturday has seen four aisles of candle holders by the second day.

At Ambiente

The stand today, and with the link.

The questions buyers ask at the stand, and what changes when the catalog is a live link on their phone.

At the stand today
  • The retailer asks for the stoneware vase in the sage glaze, the small size, packed six to a carton. The reply is a line on a printed list.
  • A department store expects the whole Giving range with MOQ, carton, FOB port and delivery, and it takes a week to send.
  • Two hundred items in a printed catalogue, and the one the shopkeeper photographed on Saturday has no item number or EAN in the picture.
  • Global Sourcing scouts compare FOB and MOQ across twelve booths, and the exporter with the fastest reply gets the trial order.
With a exhibitor storefront
  • Glaze, size and finish are chips the retailer taps; carton quantity, MOQ, material, EAN and the item number sit on the card.
  • The Giving range is one collection with your FOB port, MOQ and delivery in the remarks, dispatched that afternoon.
  • Items with a price rule show a figure in the retailer’s currency. An item without one shows price on request and goes to your office.
  • The shop owner reorders for the autumn from the link they kept, item numbers and gift-box packing already appended.

Your products at yourcompany.poly9.ai, with every option you offer as a chip the buyer can tap. A price you approved as a rule prints as a price. An option without a rule prints as price on request, and the request lands with your team with the configuration attached.

Three weeks, three moves

Before, at the stand, the week after.

The booth is built before you fly. The buyer uses it while you talk. The collection link does the follow-up.

01 · Three weeks before

Load the line

Send product photos with item number, material, size, carton quantity and MOQ, and the FOB list you are certain of. We load the storefront, you review the glazes and finishes, and the QR code goes on the stand.

02 · At the stand

The line on their phone

A retail buyer scans the code and taps through glazes, sizes and finishes while you talk carton and lead time. Items with a rule show a price in their currency. The items they opened are saved against their visit.

03 · The week after

One range per buyer

You pick the items they opened, add a note on MOQ, carton, FOB port and lead time, and send one link by email or WhatsApp. They forward it to the buying office, and the order request comes back with item numbers attached.

What you can show

What Ambiente buyers ask for, live.

The options your buyers name at the stand, as chips on their phone, priced from your rules or shown price on request.

Ceramic vase in four glazes

Three sizes, four glazes, carton of six. The buyer taps the glaze and the size on their phone; the FOB price prints from your rule, with MOQ and carton on the card.

Brass tray, three finishes

Polished brass, antique brass or nickel, in two sizes. Finish and size price per piece from your rule, or show price on request until the rule exists.

The Giving range for a department store

Forty items across candles, trays and small décor as one collection, with your MOQ, carton, FOB port and lead time in the note. The buying office orders from the same link.

Hospitality tabletop

Plates, bowls and serving pieces in the hotel’s sizes, with material and dishwasher notes from your record. The HoReCa buyer forwards the collection to the operator.

Buyer collections

One link per buyer, built from what they opened.

After the meeting you pick the pieces the buyer cared about, add a note on MOQ and lead time, and send one link by email or WhatsApp. They open it on the flight home, forward it to their team, and ask for the quote from the same page. You see when it was opened.

What the buyer receives
“Items from Saturday at Ambiente”
  • Twelve items, each in the glaze, finish and size they picked at the stand
  • Your note: MOQ 48 per item, carton of 6, 60 days, FOB Mundra
  • Price per piece where the rule exists; “price on request” where it does not
  • One button: request the quote

Questions exhibitors ask before Ambiente.

What is an Ambiente exhibitor storefront?
An exhibitor storefront is your gift, tableware and décor line as a live link at yourstudio.poly9.ai. A retailer opens it at your booth, taps glazes, finishes and sizes, sees MOQ, carton and EAN from the card, and shortlists the items they want. It keeps working after 2 February, for the shop that reorders in autumn.
How fast can we load two hundred items?
Two hundred items need a day; two thousand need two. Send product pictures with item number, material, size, carton quantity, pallet count and MOQ, and the FOB list if you have one. We import the line, you review the glazes and finishes, and the code is printed on the booth before you fly.
Do we need FOB prices for every item?
No. Enter the FOB prices you are certain of; every other item shows price on request. Your AI never fills a gap with a guess. Retailers can tap glazes and sizes, assemble a collection, and your office receives the request with the item numbers appended.
Can a department store order a whole range?
Yes. The Giving range, or any set of items, becomes one collection with your MOQ, carton, FOB port and delivery in the remarks. The retailer passes it to the buying office, and the order request arrives with each item, glaze and quantity chosen. You see when it was opened.
Does the price show in the buyer’s currency?
Yes. Your price list remains in your currency and the storefront shows the retailer euros, dollars or pounds from the rate you set. The quote names the currency, the FOB port and the MOQ. A visitor at a Global Sourcing booth compares in their own figures with no arithmetic.
Which Ambiente exhibitors is this for?
Exporters and makers in Dining, Living and Giving with options: stoneware and porcelain in glazes, brass in finishes, glass in sizes, candles and votives in scents, napkins in colours. If a retailer at your booth asks “does the tray come in nickel at 30 cm?”, an exhibitor storefront answers it. The rugs page carries the detail.
